The Pentecostal Assembly of Fort McMurray’s
Mission Program
From the streets of Novokuxnetsk, Siberia, a city of
600,000 people where the Ilya and Janet Bansteev and
their congregation minister to individuals struggling with addictions and AIDS: to the aboriginals of Canada’s north where Dorothy Carbert and her team minister in the little villages and unreached people groups across the
circumpolar north.
From ancient Ethiopia, a country which traces its history to the 10th century BC, a land of natural contrasts, with spectacular waterfalls and volcanic hot springs where the church of Christ is experiencing explosive growth: to the
heart of Southeast Asia where Buddhism is practiced by
94% of Thailand’s 64 Million inhabitants and India where
four major religions, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism originated and where 80% of its 1.2 Billion inhabitants practice Hinduism.
The Pentecostal Assembly of Fort McMurray is making a
real difference through acts of kindness and deeds of
mercy. Nationally, Internationally and at home in the city of
Fort McMurray. Where we make a difference by supporting our local street and community ministries; the Food Bank,
Kids-In-Mind, Fort McMurray Christian School, the Soup Kitchen, KAOS Christian Radio and most recently launched
a new ministry devoted to assisting Internationals as they integrate into the life of our city.
During 2010 we will invest $ 500,000.00 in local, national
and international mission ministries. To God be ALL the
glory! For additional information, and to find out how you
